帳號與資料刪除說明 Account & Data Deletion Policy

感謝您使用「狼人J是你」。我們重視並尊重您的個人資料隱私權。如果您希望註銷帳號並刪除所有相關數據，請參考以下說明。

Thank you for using You Are Werewolf. We respect your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data, please follow the instructions below.

一、在 App 內直接註銷/刪除帳號步驟 1. In-App Self Account Deletion

您可以在應用程式內隨時自主刪除您的帳號：

You can delete your account directly inside the app at any time:

開啟 狼人J是你 App 並登入您的帳號。 Open the You Are Werewolf app and sign in.
在主畫面點擊 「個人頭像 / 編輯個人資料」。 Tap your "Profile Avatar" on the main home screen.
在彈出的設定視窗中，捲動至下方點選 「註銷帳號」 按鈕。 In the settings pop-up, scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
閱讀確認提示後，點擊確認註銷，系統將立即抹除您的帳號與所有關聯數據。 Confirm the prompt. Your account and all associated records will be permanently deleted immediately.

二、透過電子郵件申請刪除帳號 2. Email Request for Account Deletion

若您已卸載 App 或無法登入應用程式，您可以透過寄送信件至客服信箱申請人工刪除：

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you can request manual deletion via email:

      客服信箱Support Email：werewolfbay.service@gmail.com

      信件主旨Subject：
      【帳號刪除申請】狼人J是你 - [您的帳號UID或註冊 Email]
      Account Deletion Request - You Are Werewolf - [User ID or Email]
    

我們的團隊會在收到信件後的 3 個工作天內 確認身分並完成帳號與所有相關資料的刪除作業，並透過 Email 告知您處理結果。

Our support team will verify your identity and finalize account deletion within 3 business days.

三、刪除的數據範圍 3. Scope of Deleted Data

當您的帳號被刪除後，以下資料將被永久移除且無法恢復：

Upon deletion, the following data will be permanently wiped and cannot be recovered:

您的帳戶基本資料（包含 User ID、電子郵件、暱稱、頭像） User profile data (User ID, email, nickname, avatar).
第三方登入綁定資訊（如 Google、Sign in with Apple 授權標識） Linked authentication credentials (Google, Sign in with Apple tokens).
您的歷史對局戰績、稱號與統計記錄 Match history, win rate statistics, and achievement logs.
個人偏好設定與好友關聯數據 Personal preferences and in-game connections.
